Definition: The processes to keep turf areas healthy, trim and in good aspect and physical condition, preventing degradation due to the usage or other causes.
Scope of Work: The Yearly Maintenance Contract includes all labor, equipments, tools and materials for lawn service (mowing crew), normally 42 visits per year and includes: mowing grass, edging, removing trash and chemical and hand pull weeds of all areas.
