For maintenance and irrigation repairs, the irrigation maintenance and repairs contract includes all labor (installation crew), equipments and tools and the specific irrigation parts to be purchased transported and installed according to approved techniques and methods as stated above. In some cases, unless stated otherwise in contract we will bill for time and materials only.

The hardscape design and installation contract includes all labor (installation crew), equipments and tools and the specific parts and components to be purchased transported and installed according to specific techniques and methods as stated in the Hardscape Plans and construction documents and details, specific for quantity, type, size, shapes and structures to be build.
