For design and installation, the irrigation installation contract includes all labor (installation crew), equipments and tools and the specific irrigation parts to be purchased transported and installed according to specific techniques and methods as stated in the Irrigation Plans and construction documents and specified for quantity, type, size, required precipitation rates and areas to be irrigated.
For maintenance and irrigation repairs, the irrigation maintenance and repairs contract includes all labor (installation crew), equipments and tools and the specific irrigation parts to be purchased transported and installed according to approved techniques and methods as stated above. In some cases, unless stated otherwise in contract we will bill for time and materials only.
The processes to keep turf areas healthy, trim and in good aspect and physical condition, preventing degradation due to the usage or other causes.
The Yearly Maintenance Contract includes all labor, equipments, tools and materials for lawn service (mowing crew), normally 42 visits per year and includes: mowing grass, edging, removing trash and chemical and hand pull weeds of all areas.

The Yearly Maintenance Contract includes all labor, equipments, tools and materials for Spray and Chemical work (Chemical crew), and a specific program for visits during different times of the year for spraying for insects and disease control.

The Yearly Maintenance Contract includes all labor, equipments, tools and materials for Fertilization, Spray and Chemical work (Chemical crew), and a specific program for visits during different times of the year for fertilization of trees, shrubs and turf, including winterization.

The mulch installation contract includes all labor (installation crew), equipments and tools and the specific mulch type to be purchased transported and installed according to specific techniques and methods as stated in the Landscape Plans and construction documents and specifications for shape, quantity, thickness, and areas to be mulched.
The underground piping system that is calculated and designed to collect, channel and transport rainwater out of an area into designated collectors.
The drainage design and installation contract includes all labor (installation crew), equipments and tools and the specific drainage parts to be purchased transported and installed according to specific techniques and methods as stated in the Drainage Plans and construction documents and specified for quantity, type, size, volume and areas to be drain.

Is any permanent outdoor structure build with man-made elements, incorporated into a landscaped area that includes, paved paths and walkways, retaining and sitting walls, fountains and water features, benches and tables, arbor and trellises and any other structure.
The hardscape design and installation contract includes all labor (installation crew), equipments and tools and the specific parts and components to be purchased transported and installed according to specific techniques and methods as stated in the Hardscape Plans and construction documents and details, specific for quantity, type, size, shapes and structures to be build.
